Utilized in-house tracking application to track product bidding on weekly auctions for targeted sales goals. Determined requirements for packing and shipping of purchased items. Ensured quality standards for safe shipping nationwide and on-site pickups. Managed and responded to customer inquiries, refunds and problem resolutions of disputes.
Photographed assorted items i.e.; electronics, musical instruments, books, and consumer goods. Determined size, weight and dimensions to package and ship items such as a full sized cello to the West Coast.

Cincinnati Corporate Division.

EDGAR CAYCE'S A.R.E. OF NYC

I proposed a redesign of their original 14 page, 8 1/2 x 11 inch loose page bi-monthly periodical "Transformation U".
My new redesign condensed the 14 pages by creating 2 and 3 columns versus the original large landscape column taking up space, implementing type hierarchy through size, effect and placement giving it more of a magazine look. Additional 8 1/2 x 11 inch flyers that were once loosely placed in the original periodicals were all condensed into the booklet as well.
The overall size was reduced in half and staple bound, keeping everything together and compact enough to fit in a purse or jacket pocket. Printing costs were reduced by the smaller size, using less sheets (six 8 1/2 x 11 sheets folded in half = 24 pages) almost doubling the pages of the original. Mailing costs were also reduced by half since the booklet was available as a PDF attachment sent via email or downloaded from their website.
Guest Speaker Event Flyers
Applied creative solutions for event flyers by turning them more into captivating articles uniting visual themes with text hierarchy. Converting them to black & white and on one page allowed them to be intergrated seamlessly into booklets or saved as PDF files sent via email reaching a wider audience and reducing printing costs.

These are the 2 outer pages of a 4 page program. Which condensed 8 full size pages of information down into 4 pages reducing printing costs.

Presentations for Movie Premieres, Fashion Shows and Retail Displays. Created a visual biography of the many lighting installation projects that were featured as informational sell sheets and full size booklets to attract new clients. The above image is from their website that featured my photos for 10 years before the website was updated with a new look.
The 1st phase of the project and products booklet was in a portrait format. These 2 pages are from the 2nd phase of the booklet that was in a landscape format with background graphics and the tagline I came up with, "Endless Lighting Possibilities".

and Lighting Operator for corporate presentations. The format was the item with price on the left, info in the middle, technical specs on the right. All catalogs were mailed out to customers on their mailing list and multiple printed copies were available for free for walk-in customers. The catalogs spread audience awareness and increased sales and rentals.
